No matter what hour of the day, if you need to access your belongings we offer 24/7 access to your unit without the need to book ahead or schedule an appointment. Instead, when you begin your tenancy we supply you with a high-grade padlock to secure your container, to which only you hold the key. No one else can access the container except for you, meaning that everything will be as you left it. Furthermore, all of our sites can only be accessed through our electronic gate access system. This private access ensures that once you’ve entered, you’re in a secure area allowing you to access and manage your container without worrying any external factors.

One of the biggest worries that our customers share with us is their belongings are no longer covered by their home insurance. Having worked with our insurers, we offer competitive contents insurance through the Store Protect product at all of our Optima Self Store locations to ensure that our self-storage facilities meet the standards required for full coverage. From as little as £5 per month, you can rest assured knowing that our cover protects you in a wide range of cases, from theft, fire, and more.
